A solar LED skylight is an alternative to traditional skylights. They are an effective solution in situations where standard skylights cannot be installed due to obstructions on or in the roof. This solar-powered lighting system brightens dark spaces in the home and office without requiring major structural changes to the building.

Redilight’s solar-powered skylight alternative is the energy-smart solution to brighten dark areas in the home or office. The Redilight solar panel converts energy from the sun to deliver extra low voltage to your Redilight Skyfixture(s)™.

The light works on a sun-up-sun-down effect, with the brightness increasing as the sun rises during the day then decreasing as the sun sets. Want more light? Redilight’s optional Day-Night Kit allows the Skyfixture to be switched between solar or extra low voltage grid power, at any time for full powered light.

The solar panel located on the roof supplies the LED lights (Skyfixtures) with power, illuminating dark rooms.

Solar Panel Options

Redilight’s extra low voltage solar panels are available in a range of sizes to suit as many, or as few, energy efficient LED Skyfixtures™. Each solar panel kit includes a high efficiency multicrystalline PV solar panel which is mounted using either a tile or metal roof bracket system.

35 watt Solar Panel

kit also includes 10m of DC solar cable which is run from the solar panel down to the light fittings.

75 watt solar panel

kit also includes 10m of DC solar cable which is run from the solar panel down to the light fittings.

150 watt solar panel

kit includes a 5m length of 4mm2 twin DC cable and junction box. There is also 20m of twin 1.84mm2 cable which is used to run from each light back to this junction box.

250 watt solar panel

kit includes a 5m length of 4mm2 twin DC cable and junction box. There is also 20m of twin 1.84mm2 cable which is used to run from each light back to this junction box.

Day / Night Kit

The Redilight Day/Night kit was created so your Redilight light can be more than just a solar light during the day. The Day/Night kit allows you to choose between two power sources, Solar and the Grid. This is manually done by simply flicking a switch.

Remote Control

With the Redilight remote control you can easily adjust lighting levels of your Redilight Skyfixture (solar LED light fitting) to suit any occasion. Find the perfect level of light with the versatile dimming function, or simply turn the light on and off as you need.

Sunline Kit

The Redilight Sunline is a fully-automated, smart power management system for your Redilight Skyfixtures. The Sunline seamlessly combines the cost effectiveness of solar power with the peace-of-mind of a low voltage mains back-up.
