A skylight ceiling surround is the frame that holds the skylight diffuser at ceiling level. It also connects the skylight shaft to ceiling, making a sealed cavity for the light to travel down.

The frame allows for 22mm of internal flange and external flange for a total width of 45mm (see diagram below). This means the overall width/length is 44mm larger than the shaft width. The 40mm height allows for plenty of material for fixing. The corners are securely fixed together using two, slimline angle brackets.

How to Order

To order a custom sized skylight ceiling surround;

1. Measure the length and width of your existing skylight opening (the hole in the ceiling).
2. Enter these values on this page, in centimetres.
   TIP: 1 meter = 100 centimetres = 1,000 millimetres. E.G. 595mm = 59.5cm
   TIP: deduct 0.5cm from your measurements to avoid a tight fit.

Shipping & Delivery

Skylight ceiling surrounds are flat packed using thick cardboard and bubble wrap to protect them during transport.

Delivery times are variable depending on location, usually 2 to 14 days. Tracking from the freight company will be issued.
